survey tool to capture the voices and opinions of the people who matter most to us.

We send our feedback survey to all our clients on completion of their project.

 

To gain a true reflection of our clients feedback whether repeat or new clients,

we inform our clients that their response to our survey is 'anonymous'.

 

i.e. all respondent information that may identify the client to us is excluded from their feedback response.

 

We feel this approach allows our clients to be 100% honest about our service.
